Hide email history in custom reply

Hi, I would like to create a custom reply, which doesn't contain any of the email history.
Is this possible?

Hi Hiep,

I'm afraid this would currently only be possible for the whole OTRS system, by means of modifying the ResponseTemplate via the SysConfig.

We had xxx create a feature a while ago: http://forums.otrs.org/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=3792

Download response format 2.0.7 - it gives you the option to define a response format per queue (in the queue dialogue). If no response format is given, the one off the SysConfig is used.
