OTRS Email Notification - Text Tag Not working

Hello Folks,
I am trying to send a email notification to an agent whenever the priority of the ticket changes (Ticketpriorityupdate). I got it working but couldn't place the content (BODY) of the ticket in the email. I used all the suggested tags but no luck. Any idea what tag to use?

The tags I tried.
<OTRS_AGENT_BODY[5]>
<OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL[30]>
Also all tags mentioned in "tag reference"
