Good morning,
I have this problem, my OTRS 6 shows date format in statistics as mm/dd/yyyy hh/mm (TimeZone).
What can I do for change this kind of Date view? I need to read the dd/mm/yyyy hh/mm eventually whitout (TimeZone) also.
Thanks a lot in advance.
Maurizio

if im correct, its depend on your language preferences under your profile > preferences..
if using english, select english UK instead of english US..

Re: OTRS 6 - change date format
Thank you for your answer, but I use en and some users use it; I also verified the correct file data (in the attached image the en file) and both the files are ok.
I really don't where should I verify and/or change the settings.
Regards,
Maurizio

Hi
I do not know a solution for not showing the time zone in brackets - I think you are refering to this output.
I do not know why developpers use a bracket + time zone in a field type DATE. This is just bad.
Maybe some coding could fix this?
