[SOLVED] Set responsible same as owner to a new phone ticket

Is it possible to assign the responsible equal to the owner when I insert a ticket in index.pl?Action=AgentTicketPhone ?

yes, there should be a system configuration setting for this.
Responsible Auto Set or similar

Flo
OTRS 8 SILVER (Prod)

Thanks.
I setted Ticket::ResponsibleAutoSet to enabled but the responsible is not auto-set.
Could it be because the responsible is not visible in my AgentTicketPhone Action?

The solution is:
- enable TICKET::RESPONSIBLE parameter
- enable TICKET::RESPONSIBLEAUTOSET parameter
