Good day,
we have just started our adventure with OTRS system. I must say it is very user friendly and so far seems to even surpass our expectations. That is great. However, since I am a total newbie I would like to ask question. We have chosen English version as this is the most comfortable and the easiest to use language for the system for us. I saw there are other language versions as well and here is where my question comes into play. Is there a way to change the language version on the fly? I am using English but my colleague feels more comfortable with Spanish so he takes over and switches it? Is something like that possible or is the language choice final? Thank you.

Every agent can set his own GUI language.
Just press on your icon (upper left corner) -> Personal preferences -> User profile.
The global setting "DefaultLanguage" is just the language for new users.
