OTRS6: Change or disconnect process from ticket

If somebody assigned wrong process to ticket, there's a possibility to change process or disconnect it from ticket?

Generally, process id and activity id is saved in ticket dynamic fields. You have to use generic agent (maybe based on certain dynamic field event) to reset or change the value of these dynamic field.
