Update OTRS 6.0.28

I am trying to migrate from OTRS to 6.0.28. After performing the configuration I have an error in Rebuild config:

and when i type the url of my otrs i have a message

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hi,

your permissions might be not correct - run the script as otrs user and make sure proper permissions are set.
Re-Install Packages
Which docs did you follow? I guess, not the official ones and/or you missed some points.

Yes I followed the procedure on the official site of OTRS, I executed as you asked me for the script with the correct user otrs and now I can rebuild the configuration but I have a 500 internal error server error.

Do you have any packages installed?

Yes I typed the following 2 lines to have all the packages:


sudo -u otrs /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin :: Package :: ReinstallAll
sudo -u otrs /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin :: Package :: UpgradeAll
