How can I "enable" the CKEditor resize on horizontal and the default size of it?
I already checked the topic viewtopic.php?t=20396 but it stuck my otrs.
I'm running OTRS CE 6 on centos 7

Hey,
Search the system configuration for 'RichText' and you'll find the default sizes for a lot of pages.
It could be possible that you've edited the wrong part or the name of the option has changed. Check the browser console for error messages.
