Hello,
I have disabled all the settings to lock a ticket.
But when I change ownership, the ticket still locks, however the setting Ticket :: Frontend :: AgentTicketOwner ### RequiredLock is disabled.
Can you help me please?

A Generic Agent can do that.
Event Based Execution -> Ticket, TicketOwnerUpdate
Update/Add Ticket Attributes -> Set new ticket lock: unlock
