Hi,
I've installed OTRS CE on a Centos7 VM and then I've installed ITSM (the complete bundle).

The layout is different depending on the modules.

This is the righe layout

In this module the text "Catalogo Generale" must be deleted
image3.JPG
In this module the text "Importazioni/Esportazioni" must be deleted and should be displayed the layout in image1.jpg.

Where are the file to be edit for each module?
