Looks like German/Swiss Company put work into Otrs 6 and started new community project. Web site is in German, but there are some words about the project in English on https://github.com/RotherOSS.

Very promising.

Basically, its OTRS CE packed with the addon..
However, im eyeing the chat features, and maybe gladly to change from otrs 6.0 to otobo

Just to let you know: We released OTOBO 10.0.2 today, and most of the website is available in English, too, by now.
