Customer User Information Center

Good Morning,

After the installation of the CIAttributeCollection package, from the Customer User Information Center Menu, the vision of the different classes between the columns of CIs does not work for me.

I have uninstalled the package but the problem persists.

It also messed up the search boxes but I fixed it by swapping the following parameters:
Loader :: Agent :: CommonJS ### 100-ConfigurationManagement
ITSM.Agent.ConfigItem.Search.js
ITSM.Agent.ConfigItem.Search.CIAttrColl.js

by:
Loader :: Agent :: CommonJS ### 100-ConfigurationManagement
ITSM.Agent.ConfigItem.Search.js
ITSM.UI.ConfigItemActionRow.js

any ideas?

In these columns, although you click on them, you do not access.

Im pretty sure there is more js that should be at Loader :: Agent :: CommonJS ### 100-ConfigurationManagement.

I suggest check back the addon xml file, find the loader js, then add it to your configuration. Good luck

Lol..my bad..since its rewriting default value, i guess it will not in xml..

try this..

- ITSM.Agent.ConfigItem.Search.CIAttrColl.js
- ITSM.UI.ConfigItemActionRow.js
- ITSM.Agent.ConfigItem.Dashboard.js
- ITSM.Agent.ConfigItem.Search.js
