Assign time to solution

Good morning, and locked up.
I use OTRS 6 and I would like to know if when creating a ticket from Ticket > New ticket by mail I can assign a maximum solution time to it. The idea would be that the responsible agent knows how much time was assigned to solve that ticket.

Hi,

To assign a different solution time for eacht ticket you need services and SLAs. The solution time is configured with the SLA.
