Can I make an ACL in CMDB?

Hi,

I am recent in OTRS and I was trying to create an ACL in creating elements for registration. Somehow restrict the user to the fields I want in Dynamic Fields.

It is possible to do so?

By the way I'm using the version 6 community edition.
