Hi Support,
I have created a dynamic field for the customer and would like to search for this field in the ticket search. The idea would be in the list of attributes available for search, also the dynamic field for selection.

You only can search by ticket dynamic field instead customer user dynamic field.
However, do check the system configuration something like 'DynamicFieldFromCustomerUser'..
there is an option to import data from customer user into ticket dynamic field upon ticket create/customer update
