Hi!
I ask if is possible to make that i will to expose.
I want to close a ticket with that condition:
Send mail to customer if not respond after some days after last answer made to the agent warning that his ticket will be closed soon.
How can i do that??

No, nobody send an answer to the agent, the agent automatically send a warning to the customer when her ticket is open still without receive a response from customer after the agent response.
Something like that:
Customer: send ticket asking help
Agent: gave a solution to the customer
Customer: ... (No response for a few days)
Agent: (Automatically send a warning that her ticket will be closed soon if not receive a response from the customer)
Ticket closed.
