open ticket by email wich attachament

I have problems opening the ticket by email and attaching a file, the ticket is opened but attached does not send.

Do you see any errors in your web server log?

In my tests, the ticket with attachment with file 400KB the ticket is opened with the attachment, files with size above the ticket is opened without attachment.
