OTRS 6.0.19
I have a process flow that has two paths that reoccur. One path will open a second process, the second path simply creates a ticket.
If I select the items in the main process for the ticket - it works fine. Can do multiple times.
If I select the items in the main process for the second process - it also works fine. Can do multiple times.
However -- if I first take a path for creating a ticket, and then later select a path to create the second process - it fails. I'm getting no errors in System Log or httpd logs.
I'm stumped trying to track down why creating the second process item only fails IF a ticket is created from the main process first.
... If this can be followed ... any ideas/suggestions greatly appreciated.
