Hello,
I'm facing the same problem like the guy over here.
Configuring <OTRS_CONFIG_TicketHook> doesn't work in ticket notifications. It's just empty even if the (default) value in Core/Ticket/Ticket::Hook is set.
Any ideas what's going on?
Do I've to activate it at another place first before using?
