otrs installation problem

Hello everybody

otrs installation problem on

# cat /etc/redhat-release
CentOS Linux release 7.6.1810 (Core)

# yum install https://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/RPMS/rhel ... noarch.rpm -y

# yum install https://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/RPMS/rhel ... noarch.rpm -y --skip-broken

Packages skipped because of dependency problems:
otrs-6.0.19-02.noarch from /otrs-6.0.19-02.noarch

I will be appreciated with your comments and suggestions

I think you should better download the file with wget and then follow the manual because you have to install some software before installing the otrs version.
