Hello,
We are using OTRS 5.
When a ticket URL having a semicolon is sent via Skype, the semicolon is replaced by %3b and the URL does not open.
I did read something about handling it via Apache but the steps are not clear.
Would it be a better option to just replace the semicolon with ampersand?
If yes, the changes will need to be done in all files which have the URLs?
