Could create artilce directly in FAQ from one ticket

Hello,

I want to ask if I gonna create one ticket and at the same time want to create from this ticket an article in Knowledgebase(like tick one checkbox to create directly the article in the knowledge base), is it possible?is there any option should I activate to use this feature, or this feature is not possible on OTRS?
So I haven't to every time to create an article when I decided that I want to keep this ticket as reference for me in the future in the knowledgebase, but now with the current situation, I should every time go to the FAQ and copy the content of this ticket then create a new article.
