OTRS Random ticket generation

Hi all!
I am receiving random tickets from a particular sub-queue. How do I stop that? I am not able to find where it's generated from. Can someone help me with this?

There are too few details...

Are these tickets created by mail? Then check the mail where those mails come from. Is it always the same sender? The same subject?
Check the ticket history. Is it created by any other mechanism (REST API? Process management?, ...)

It is from the same sender, same subject. It is from e-mail. but not able to find from where it comes and why it comes

Is it fetched? Then make sure it deletes upon fetched/POP'd. Maybe remove manually from inbox.
OTRS 5.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database. Also on github.
