Error creating DateTime object appeared after daylight saving

Hi,

on 6.0.17 on a debian linux I have lots of the following entries in the AdminLog

Mon Apr 1 12:17:37 2019 (Europe/Berlin) 	error 	OTRS-otrs.Daemon.pl - Daemon Kernel::System::Daemon::DaemonModules::SchedulerGenericAgentTaskManager-10 	Error creating DateTime object.

I updated from OTRS 5 to 6.0.17 just 2 weeks ago and the problem now came up for the first time, probably since in germany daylight savings time was applied last weekend.

The configured timezone is Europe/Berlin, I am not aware that we ever changed this, since I read that when the timezone in OTRS is messed with after the system has already been in use, it can provoke these kinds of problems.

Is there any way this can be resolved?

It seems I managed to "solve" it by setting all GenericAgents to disabled and recreating them from scratch.
No new errors since then.
