May I know how to customise Reports in OTRS?

I use Powerbi. If you have the paid version, you can use the reports module.

Hi,

I'm trying to use Power BI too. I'm currently having to export statistics every week and then refresh my reports. I really want to connect to the OTRS DB however I can't seem to get it to work. There seems to be an issue with the certificates and how Power BI checks these on my machine. When I get OTRS to remove the DB cert requirments I connect fine. Any ideas on what to do?

NOTE - There is a bug with MySQL Connector 8.0.17 so you definitely need 8.0.15. I managed to connect previously using this but no luck for a while.

We also use Powerbi and it works just fine for us. Never had any problems with this
