Invalid value for String/change otrstimezone

Post by skilled »

Hello All,

I have one issue:
First: I got this error in system log:

Code: Select all

Wed Feb 27 20:13:14 2019 (Europe/Berlin) error OTRS-otrs.Daemon.pl - Daemon Kernel::System::Daemon::DaemonModules::SchedulerCronTaskManager-28 Could not create new scheduler recurrent task ArticleSearchIndexRebuild!
Wed Feb 27 20:13:13 2019 (Europe/Berlin) error OTRS-otrs.Daemon.pl - Daemon Kernel::System::Daemon::DaemonModules::SchedulerTaskWorker-28 Error creating DateTime object.
Wed Feb 27 20:13:13 2019 (Europe/Berlin) error OTRS-otrs.Daemon.pl - Daemon Kernel::System::Daemon::DaemonModules::SchedulerTaskWorker-28 Invalid value for String: .
Wed Feb 27 20:13:13 2019 (Europe/Berlin) error OTRS-otrs.Daemon.pl - Daemon Kernel::System::Daemon::DaemonModules::SchedulerTaskWorker-28 Invalid date/time string .
the server machine is configured on UTC +00 and the OTRS (OTRSTimeZone ist configured on UTC), yesterday I reconfigured the time on the server machine to UTC +01.00, Today I noted that this error is not shown again, but now the system log wrote the errors (if happened) with one hour later, I mean the time now is 10.00, the system log will be written the error on 11.00, not 10.00.
I could change the OTRSTIMEZONE to UTC+01.00, but I read in otrs Doc that if there are any Tickets or articles already created, it not recommended?
The Tickets what I have now, they are just for test, I do not have any productive Tickets(it is new system-otrs6.0.16), Is it okay when I reconfiguring OTRSTimeZone to UTC +01.00? Is there any affects on the new Tickets or is there any problem which it could be happen on the database later?
I have a FAQ with departments but there are no articles.

Thanks in advance
