Sending Mail in OTRS Workflow

Hi Team,

I have an issue in sending of emails in OTRS workflow. The workflows are already created and while the transition is moving from one activity to another i need to send an email to the user for notification.
However, i tried searching online and forums, but no solutions were provided.
Looking out for suggestions!
