Harware Requirements for OTRS

Hello / Buenos días!

I'm trying to implement OTRS in the enterprise i'm working on. This is my college proyect and i would like to present the proyect for 5.000 users at the same time, might be in a web interface or an agent in the computer. I apreciate all the help you could provide me, and thanks!

Estoy tratando de implementar OTRS en la empresa en la que estoy trabajando. Es mi proyecto para la universidad, y me gustaría presentar el proyecto para que pudiesen ingresar 5000 usuarios al mismo tiempo, ya sea a través de la página web o un cliente en el desktop. Agradecería toda la ayuda que pudieran darme, y gracias!

the more users you have, the bigger the machine must be. Memory is important, fast I/O on disks and a fast connection to database.
Usually the apache sessions is the limit.

Clustering of apache application servers for high performance setups with OTRS is possible with commercial addons and deep knowledge of Load Balancing, MTA,OTRS/Linux/DB(+Cluster)/... know how only.

I think only a few people are able to do high performance clustering.

No exige mucho el OTRS pero siempre es bueno en mi caso tengo aproximadamente 500 usuarios, y le he metido 8GB de RAM 2 Cores en procesador ya que es una VM y en espacio he colocado una particion de 10 GB para el SO y otra de 20 para la BD en LVM para poder expandirlo.
