hello OTRS-Community,
what do I have to do to change the available fields in "Ticket Bulk Action" ?
We'd like to remove some of the fields, like "Merge", "Link together" and "Link to Parent".
At the same time the fields "Due Date" and a free text field should be added.

In the system configuration, you can search the agentticketbulk and check the options.
