Disable FAQ Module

i have to disable FAQ's module, from agent dashboard and customer dashboard.
where i can find that configuration in sysconfig?

Heyo,

if you don't want to uninstall, you can deactivate the module registration in the SysConfig.

i'm a new user for otrs, could you explain how can i unistall the faq and where i can find the "flag disable" in sysconfig. i've searched everywhere but i was not able to find it.

I don't have a version 5.x to give you a direct link, but for version 6, look for this setting in the Sysconfig:
Frontend::Navigation###AgentFAQExplorer###002-FAQ

and disable it (that's for agents).

i try to unistall the package manager but it returns this error

After deinstallation, can you restart the apache (or the server) ?

You can check the reports page, it is possible that you have static reports configured with this module as central object, as you delete the module, is best to delete the reports that have relation with it (FAQAccess).

You could identify those reports in the column that show the link static object (TicketList, TicketAcumulation, etc..) have an empy cell.
