Is Mail Send PID stored in database?
I'm getting an error about OTRS unable to send email because the job is already running. I thought I'd run into this before and was shown the spot in the Database where this PID was stored and I could clear that entry to remove the error.
If I'm not dreaming the whole thing - can someone point me to where this info resides? Otherwise I'll go back to the drawing board
