Updates on closed ticket should create a New ticket (not in existing ticket number)

Dear Team,

We want to get the new ticket number if user sends a update mail to closed ticket.

We have configured the PostmasterFollowUpStateClosed as Closed, however the user updates are appending on the same ticket with closed status.

Here we required the updates against the new ticket should be creating anther new ticket in OTRS.

Kindly help us to achieve this asap.

OTRS Version : 6
