Hi, Im configuring OTRS an I have an issue with auto responses.
When a customer creates a ticket from de Customer.pl to a specific queue he/she receives an Auto response that I have configure before, but when the customer creates the ticket from his email he/she doesn't receive any auto response.This probably happens because they cant choose any queue.
How can I fix this? Thank you!

You can configure the postmaster filter to assign a queue based on the email.

I have alredy assign a queue to all the emails coming from the mail but they dont get any auto response.
There isn`t any message log...
