Not able to change queue of a ticket without becoming the owner

Hi

I would need to change the queue of a ticket without taking the ownership of that ticket. Now when I try it is throwing an error asking me to become the owner of ticket.

You can use the option:
ForceOwnerResetOnMove and there define a generic user like Admin OTRS
