Hey guys,
Have another question.
Basically i want to create two different tickets notifications, one for when a ticket is closed and another for when a ticket is closed automatically.
The only difference between these two situations is that one - when the ticket is closed automatically (by a generic agent) - has a dynamic field filled and the other - normal case, when an agent closes the ticket - don't and both are in the state "Closed".
So what i was trying to get was to create two rules: one filtering by state "closed" and dynamic field "blank" and another filtering by state "closed" and dynamic field "ticket closed automatically".
Is there anyway of filtering by a blank field? already saw some people stating that regex ^$ or \A\z works, but tried it and was not lucky.
Thanks for your help,
Manuel

Hi there..
It look's like an easy notification setting:
On stateUpdate and Dynamic filed Update(identify the field) -Send Notification..
you can make 2 diferent notifications, one for each trigger.
