Owner button filtering tickets

Hello,

I would like to disable "Responsible" function in our OTRS, but button "My responsibilities" disappears.
Is there some way to enable button like this but with tickets that I own?

I am not sure what are you asking for, because the button My locked tickets also shows the tickets you own. What do you mean exatcly?

Button "My locked tickets" shows my locked tickets, not All tickets that I own. I need button that shows me every ticket I own.

Hi,

There is no filter for this in OTRS, that's why there is a lock. You can use a search profile as a workaround or get a commercial addon.

Thats weird that OTRS is so advanced but at the same time looses so simple and usable functions.
OK, so how can I do to have every my ticked locked, it must be automatic and never unlocked?

Perhaps as a workaround, you can configure the generic agent for locking the tickets you own in the state of unlock.
