Sometimes, we create ticket in otrs and send mail to user from otrs.
When the user replies, it's in otrs.
When doing scenario like this we've found problem like this:
In QueueView (AgentQueueView) we can only see user replies, without our initial e-mail which we must see.
In Ticket Zoom we Can see our initial e-mail.
How to turn it on ?
We also need this in "Ticket Information" Windows. It was like this in otrs2
