Actually: how to delete the system address (E-Mail)? I know that it can be invalidated, but I need to accurately remove it and create exactly the same. There was a problem with the delivery of messages when the address was accidentally pulled back. Version OTRS 6.0.8

Hi,
In OTRS no chance in the GUI. You have to do it on SQL. You should know what you are doing.
but as you use OSRS (I do not know it) maybe my answer is irrelevant.
