Hide a state for a response template

Hello,

Is it possible to hide a particular status only for a specific response template on the AgentTicketCompose Page.
I checked different combinations in ACL using 'TemplateID', 'ResponseID, 'Answer', 'standard_template' etc. but none of those worked.

THis requeires an additional module
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
