Questions for Help

OK looking this over and seem to like what I see so far. But two things for me to get this to a testing phase.
We use godaddy for our hosting on a shared plan (yeah I know I not the one who pays for it) so can this be installed on it at all???
and if not what is possible to do ??

If I can install it then there will be more questions from me.

you would need access to the webserver config (you need a root server)
