[Solved]Send reminder mail for a ticket after fixed interval

Hello,

We are using OTRS 5.
How can we configure OTRS to send out a reminder email for a ticket after a fixed interval...say 10 days.

Hi,

10 days after creation? 10 days after last change? 10 days after what?

Check Generic Agent + Ticket notifications.
