Tickets were getting created through MIME emails with X-OTRS fields on OTRS 3.2 but it is not working for OTRS 5.
Getting error like 'IMAP: Can't process mail, see log sub system'
Any different options that needs to be set on OTRS 5?

did you check the log as stated?

The path given was /opt/otrs/var/spool....which had the problem email.
Any logs which need to be checked?
