Hello,
We use OTRS version 5.
I'm checking if it is possible to add a dynamic field on buttons like the 'lock' button.
It would work like this: When the lock button the pressed a new page opens where the user selects a value from the dropdown and submits it.
How to achieve this?

Sorry, I don't think that process tickets can't be embedded like that in the ticket interface. You would need to "hack" OTRS in order to do that.
