I am using the OTRS test version of 14 days. For one side, is created one customer and for the other side is created "Agents" (Dashboard).
The issue is that the tickets that I create with the customer not appear in the side of "Agents", only I can see the default ticket: "Welcome to Managed OTRS!". Also I create customers from the "Admin" side, but then I can´t log them.
Any idea of what is my error?
