How can we remove TYPE,PRIORITY and Responsible in the ticket???

Hello everybody!
when we open the ticket-we can see the customer's information, ticket's information on the right.But we want to remove some fields.
Could you help us please- How can remove TYPE,PRIORITY and Responsible in the ticket in otrs 4 ???

Hi,

Ticket Type and Responsible can be disabled via SysConfig. Priority is a mandatory field and always needed. But you can modify the template and remove/comment out the priority.
