[solved]Process Activity Dialog Permission

Post by Sayannara »

Hello

probably an easy question, in a process what is the permission for in an Activity Dialog? There is no example in the doc => https://doc.otrs.com/doc/manual/admin/5 ... 1.7.3.4.16

Is it permission about a queue? For example if you are not granted to "owner" to a specific queue you can't submit the AD?

Thank you

Kind regards,
Yann

Hi,

as far as I know, the permission on the dialogue is needed to get permissions on the dialogue (if it differs from queue permissions)

For example:
you have ro permission to the queue, but you should be able to work with this dialogue, your dialogue permission needs to be set to 'ro' --> although you don't have rw permission on the ticket, you can do everything in the dialogue.

@all: please correct me, if I am wrong ;-)
