Hy everyone,
i have a little problem. When the customers create the new ticket the SLA field isn't required, but i set it up before:

Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###SLA ---1
Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###SLAMandatory ---1
