Dynamic Field Visibility

I am struggling to make a Dynamic Field visible only for one queue. Please
see below export of my gui setting in OTRS V5

- ChangeBy: sujeevaadmin
ChangeTime: 2016-12-13 21:42:18
Comment: Mention Root Cause
ConfigChange:
Possible:
Ticket:
DynamicField_RootCause: []
ConfigMatch:
PropertiesDatabase:
Ticket:
Queue:
- Call Center

Description: Cage to mention root cause for the incident
ID: '3'
Name: 100_RootCause
StopAfterMatch: 0
ValidID: '1'


I understand the issue is with "ConfigChange" section. Simply I need to
make Dynamic Field "RootCause" visible only to queue "Call Center"

I'm using KIX4OTRS and theyre letting you do that using ACLs with DisabledDynamicFields configurations. Its not that simple to do, but for us, coding aint an option so we're using that and its working.
