Register a new module

I want to duplicate the new phone ticket module and rename it to say new abc ticket
I created an entry in xml file in the Config folder , duplicated the files AgentTicketPhone.dtl and AgentTickePhone.pm and renamed the files to AgentTicketABC.
The new link won't open and error in the logs says 'XML::Parser produced errors. I use XML::Parser::Lite as fallback!'.

Any advise here?
