enable the function to add the SLA.
I would like to enable the function to add the SLA at the time to change the owner of the Ticket, as can do to have that option?
OTRS 5 + MySQL + Debian Linux.

Well, your question isn't very clear. "At the time you change the owner" - when is that? Can you specify the Action?

Hi, thanks for your reply, the moment the ticket is open I would like to redirect to a new owner and just at that point set an SLA.

Is that the action "AgentTicketOwner" (check in the URL) ?
If so, you can configure to show the services and SLAs (both are needed) in the SysConfig under:
Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewOwner -> Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketOwner###[Service|SLA]...
